We are looking for AI-native full stack engineers — not traditional developers. You will work at the intersection of: Human thinking , AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) , Production-grade systems This role is for someone who can: Use AI to move fast , But also override, debug, and outthink AI when it fails. Prompt engineering for code generation Using AI for: Code scaffolding , Debugging assistance , Refactoring Ability to: Validate AI-generated code Optimize beyond AI suggestions and Maintain clean architecture

Design and build AI agents that can: Reason , Retrieve information (RAG), Take actions via tools/APIs Work across the stack: Data → Models → Agents → Applications Build decision systems, not just models: When to use LLM vs rules vs ML Create pipelines for: Data ingestion, Feature engineering , Model readiness , Develop evaluation frameworks: , Accuracy, hallucination, performance Improve AI systems using: Feedback loops , Prompt optimization , Fine-tuning (if needed)

Design and build end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for real business use cases Work on AI-driven data systems (supporting ML / GenAI / analytics workloads) Build data layers for: Conversational AI / GenAI (RAG pipelines, embeddings) Business intelligence / dashboards Real-time data processing use cases Integrate data from multiple sources: APIs, databases, files, third-party systems Work on cloud data platforms and modern stack (lakehouse, warehouse) Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enable model-ready datasets

Strategy & Operations Intern in the Founder’s Office will work closely with founders, support hiring, conduct market research, and assist in business development while leveraging AI productivity tools to drive high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
